Being RASCOM JSC customer, how can I obtain information about the technical status of the IP network?

The information about the technical status (delays, losses) of the IP network of RASCOM JSC is stored at the portal cli.rascom.ru. There, an authorized customer may get data on the volume of traffic passed, current parameters and average monthly port availability, as well as packet propagation losses. The data are updated every 5 minutes.

To what address the notification is made about scheduled maintenance operations to be performed on RASCOM network, and what are the terms for notification?
In case when there are scheduled maintenance operations on the RASCOM network that can possibly affect the service for a short time, the notification about carrying out this operations will be sent to the Customers via e-mail as specified in a contract not less than 3 days before the operations start.
