What is the difference in providing services for corporate customers and for telecom carriers?

The difference in providing services for corporate customers and for telecom carriers is that there are different terms and conditions of service used by customers. The terms and conditions are set in the agreement signed by the customer. In case when the customer has valid licenses issued by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media and this customer intends to use RASCOM services in order to provide communication services to their customers, then the Agreement of Connecting to Telecommunication Network is signed with the Customer as a telecom carrier
In case when RASCOM services are used for company’s own needs, the Agreement for Providing Telecom Services is signed with the Customer as a corporate one. In this case, it is not contracted to use RASCOM services in order to provide communications services to others. Telecom carriers may sign an Agreement for Providing Telecom Services with RASCOM, however, they are entitled to use RASCOM resources in order to provide communication services to others and other organizations under this Agreement.
